Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Senior Building Manager to serve as Account & Operations Lead for the IFM space in Singapore. The role requires strategic leadership, cost control, risk management, and cross-functional team management to deliver exceptional client service across multiple service lines.

The incumbent will manage client relationships, drive account profitability, ensure compliance with ISO/HSE standards, and coordinate with global JLL teams to meet client needs and growth

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Facilities Management/Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience: 8–10 years in Facility Management with leadership experience; 5+ years in similar multi-service line leadership.
• Background in Government/Commercial Real Estate industry preferable.
• Demonstrable experience in facilities management and corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Uninterrupted site operations and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop account teams to deliver integrated facility management services.
• Manage contracts, risk, compliance, safety, and financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and technological enhancement.
• Collaborate with client and JLL stakeholders to achieve growth and retention.
