Cencora is seeking an experienced Shared Service Centre Manager to lead daily operations across HR, payroll, finance and procurement in APAC. You will set SLAs, KPIs and drive process optimization while ensuring compliance with local laws and global standards.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director – Asia Pacific, you will develop programs, oversee onboarding, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR/shared services operations experience.
• Experience managing multi-functional service delivery operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Knowledge of local labour laws (Employment Act).
• Ability to oversee onboarding, payroll, benefits and performance programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the shared service centre across HR, payroll, finance and procurement.
• Develop, implement and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service excellence.
• Identify process optimization, automation and standardization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for aligned service delivery.
• Manage escalations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Support HR programs, onboarding, training, succession planning and engagement initiatives.
