WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR professional to support recruitment and talent acquisition activities from job advertisement to candidate onboarding and orientation.

You will coordinate internship programmes, manage employee records in HRIS, and handle leave and attendance in line with company policies. Aufgaben

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, from job advertisement and interview coordination to candidate onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate internship programmes and maintain communication with relevant educational institutions.
• Manage employee records and HRIS updates throughout the employee lifecycle, including confirmation, transfers, promotions and termination processes.
• Administer employee leave and attendance records in accordance with company policies.
• Manage foreign workforce administration, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, expiry tracking and levy-related matters.
• Support migrant worker accommodation administration and maintain relevant records in accordance with applicable MOM requirements.
• Coordinate payroll information and assist with government-paid leave claims, including maternity, paternity, childcare and NS make-up pay claims.
• Prepare regular HR reports and support statutory survey and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate employee training programmes, course registration and licence renewal schedules.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance matters, health screening arrangements and wellness claims.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, leave entitlements, benefits and employment procedures.
• Assist with HR policy implementation, employee engagement programmes and HR improvement projects.
• Provide administrative and office support, including document management, procurement, reception coverage and company event coordination.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies, external vendors and internal stakeholders on HR matters.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
