Job summary

NTU in Singapore seeks an HR professional to support the HRBP across recruitment, employee lifecycle, performance management, and HR operations. You will assist with contract renewals, data reporting, and advisory services while partnering with stakeholders to deliver excellent HR services aligned with the College of Engineering’s objectives.

The role requires a degree and at least 3 years in HR administration, with strong communication and detail‑oriented skills.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field.
• Candidates with prior experience in educational/academic/research environments have an added advantage.
• Highly attentive to details with ability to multi‑task and meet tight timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexible to adapt to changing HR needs and priorities.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and be self‑motivated.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: support end‑to‑end activities and liaise with agencies and vendors.
• Contract renewals: coordinate renewal processes with stakeholders.
• Performance management: track timelines and assist calibration discussions.
• HR data & reporting: maintain data and prepare reports and updates.
• HR advisory: provide guidance on policies and work processes.
• Employee lifecycle management: onboarding, offboarding, and admin tasks.
• HR projects: collaborate on policy reviews and process improvements.
