Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years of HR administration experience.
• Experience in educational/academic/research environment is advantageous.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexible to changing HR needs and priorities.
• Team-oriented with self-motivation; Workday experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services to ensure timely onboarding of right talents.
• Manage administration of staff contract renewals with key stakeholders.
• Assist HRBP during performance management cycles, track timelines and consolidate data to facilitate discussions.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and assist in preparation of HR reports and updates for decision making.
• Provide HR advisory services regarding the university's policies and work processes.
• Collaborate with HRBP and Centers of Excellence on HR projects including policy and process reviews.
