Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior Assistant Manager, HR to partner with healthcare sector business units, providing strategic and operational HR advisory aligned with organisational objectives and policies.

You will lead performance management, employee relations, compensation, manpower planning and HR initiatives, working with stakeholders to drive people programs and data-driven insights that enhance workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience will be advantageous.
• Experience in HR business partnering, HR advisory, employee relations and performance management will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at different levels.
• Proactive, analytical and meticulous with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, employee relations and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting and addressing performance-related issues.
• Advise managers on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring consistency with organisational policies and guidelines.
• Manage and resolve employee relations matters, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate fair and effective outcomes.
• Support manpower planning, workforce management and organisational development initiatives.
• Analyse HR trends and workforce data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to implement HR policies, initiatives and people-related programmes.
• Drive and support HR projects, process improvement initiatives and other strategic HR programmes as assigned.
• Ensure HR practices are implemented consistently and in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and relevant guidelines.
