Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a Value Driven Care Specialist to drive high-priority healthcare initiatives, enhance our healthcare propositions, and ensure financial sustainability of the portfolio. You will work with senior stakeholders to craft initiatives, analyze claims data, and deliver value-based healthcare improvements.

You will collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, Provider Management, and Health Analytics to ensure robust plans, buy-in, and effective execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years relevant healthcare or health insurance experience.
• Exposure to health insurance functions and/or deep understanding of one or two relevant functions.
• Good understanding of value-based healthcare and utilization management.
• Proficient in healthcare data analysis including use of MS Excel, SQL.
• Basic understanding of the healthcare system in Singapore.
• Ability to work with external advisors, including consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop the concept, framework, and roadmap for the initiative, including how it will contribute to cost containment and customer experience.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and measure impact of initiatives.
• Hands-on work in driving the initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
• Regular reporting of progress to the Head of Healthcare Programme Office and Exco.
• Monitor initiative impact to ensure outcomes, control risks, and deliver on time and budget.
