National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking a Manager, Precinct Planning & Development (PP&D) to guide a team in planning and supporting a portfolio of Healthy Precincts. You will use population health data and community insights to craft practical Community Health Plans and align partners around shared priorities.

You will coach junior staff, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery of initiatives that improve population health.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; public health/public policy would be useful.
• Minimally 10 years of relevant experience in strategy, programme/project management, stakeholder engagement or community development; at least 2 years of formal leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning and development of Community Health Plans for assigned Healthy Precincts.
• Oversee implementation of Community Health Plans and ensure core components are operationalised.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, agencies and community partners.
• Use data to support planning, decision-making and reporting to governance platforms.
• Lead, coach and develop the PP&D team and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
