Overview

At NUHS Population Health & Community Care (PHCC), we believe that better health starts in the community.

As the Regional Health Manager for western Singapore, we bring together NUHS family of hospitals and polyclinics, alongside general practitioners, social care providers, and community partners to improve the health and wellbeing of residents through an integrated ecosystem of care. You will also coach junior team members and collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to turn ideas into practical action.

This role will suit someone who enjoys thinking strategically, building relationships, facilitating conversations and helping ideas move forward. If you are comfortable working across organisations and would like to contribute to better health with communities, we would be glad to hear from you.

  • Review progress with colleagues and partners, identify gaps and suggest practical opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare clear dashboards, reports and presentations for management, governance platforms and partners.

5. Develop the Team and Contribute to the Healthy Precinct Model

  • Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver the planning and delivery of precinct portfolios and strategic initiatives.
