Job summary

X-PHY is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge technology, customer needs and business strategy in cybersecurity solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from market understanding to strategy, working with R&D, engineering, sales and marketing to create market-ready offerings.

You will translate complex hardware-security technologies into clear product requirements, drive development milestones and enable commercial teams with compelling go-to-market materials and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise tech, embedded systems or hardware security.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer requirements.
• Experience coordinating with engineering/R&D to deliver technology products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, specifications and user stories.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing and management.
• Drive product launches and enable go-to-market strategies with collateral.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
