Databricks Inc. is seeking a Go-To-Market Talent Sourcer to build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers and develop sourcing strategies that attract top sales talent. You will find and present profiles for roles like Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Data & AI; engage passive candidates with sourcing tools; use data to map the market and build diverse pipelines; ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in technical or go-to-market recruiting.
• Expertise in traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
• Experience implementing creative recruiting approaches with latest resources and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Find, assess and present profiles for roles including Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Data & AI.
• Engage with passive talent using sourcing tools and strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Use data to assess the market, map talent and build diverse pipelines.
• Provide an extraordinary candidate experience to all potential candidates.
