Databricks Inc. is seeking a Go-To-Market Talent Sourcer to build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers and develop sourcing strategies that attract top sales talent. You will find and present profiles for roles like Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Data & AI; engage passive candidates with sourcing tools; use data to map the market and build diverse pipelines; ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in technical or go-to-market recruiting.
• Expertise in traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
• Experience implementing creative recruiting approaches with latest resources and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

The Talent Sourcer is an essential part of the organization, building relationships with recruiters and hiring managers and developing sourcing strategies that ensure we attract some of the world's best talent.

We're looking for someone experienced in sourcing sales professionals who understands the value of nurturing talent pools and can also apply talent insights to help the organization make better decisions.

You’ll help scale the Databricks workforce while having fun!

• Find, assess and present profiles for a variety of roles including Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Data & AI
• Engage with passive talent using sourcing tools and using strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Use data to assess the market, talent map and build diverse pipelines.
• Offer an extraordinary candidate experience to all potential candidates.

What we look for:

• 2 years+ sourcing experience in technical or go to market recruiting.
• Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques
• Experience implementing creative approaches to recruiting, with knowledge of the latest creative resources and techniques
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
