• Achieve annual cluster KPIs and drive growth in new business through strategic planning.
• Meet with agency leaders and prospective Producers to enhance performance management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Motivate top producers to reach their goals.
• Identify potential agency leaders and producers within the cluster.
• Foster relationships with profit centers and departments.
• Provide logistics support and problem-solving assistance for the field force.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold professionalism across agencies.
• Create a productive working environment for the cluster.
• Evaluate business and regulatory risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends related to regulatory compliance and technology risks.
