Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore is seeking a Strategy expert to lead end-to-end strategy projects, including market sizing, TAM modeling, and business case development for regional growth. You will produce competitive intelligence and track AI/data center, electrification, and policy shifts to inform decision-making.

You will build executive-ready presentations, support C-suite engagements, and collaborate with government stakeholders, regional leadership, and travel within APAC.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, economics, or business; MBA or Master’s/PhD is a plus.
• 3–5 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or market intelligence; exposure to semiconductor, electronics, or deep‑tech industries is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical toolkit, including financial modeling, bottom‑up market models, and hypothesis‑driven problem solving
• Demonstrated fluency with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar); experience in prompt engineering, building agentic workflows, or conducting AI‑assisted research is a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical and market dynamics into crisp executive narratives in English
• Willingness to travel within APAC (India, Korea, Southeast Asia)

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategy projects end-to-end: market sizing and TAM modeling, competitive benchmarking, scenario analysis, and business case development for regional growth initiatives
• Produce competitive and strategic intelligence on established peers and emerging players
• Track structural industry shifts: AI data center power architecture, EMS/ODM value chain evolution, electrification, and semiconductor policy and geopolitical developments
• Build executive‑ready presentations aligned to Infineon standards and support C‑suite engagements, government stakeholder meetings, and regional leadership reviews
• Deploy AI tools to scale the strategy function
