Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, WSH, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in WSH, auditing, certification, ISO management systems, or professional services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and client-management systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet business targets, and maintain client confidentiality.
• Strong professional integrity with a clear understanding of audit impartiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities for Risk Management, ConSASS, Overtime Exemption verification, and other approved WSH audit services to expand market presence
• Identify and engage potential clients, including companies, contractors, consultants, and industry partners, to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Attend client meetings to assess audit requirements and recommend appropriate audit services aligned with client needs
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and service agreements to secure new business
• Follow up on client enquiries, approved quotations, contracts, payments, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance
• Coordinate with administration and audit teams to manage applications, document submissions, and audit scheduling efficiently
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and produce monthly business development reports to track progress
• Conduct market research and implement targeted business development and marketing strategies to increase service uptake
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement and service promotion
• Ensure all promotional materials accurately reflect the company’s approved services and accreditation scope to maintain brand integrity
• Uphold the independence and impartiality of the audit organisation by avoiding influence over auditor selection, audit findings, conclusions, or report approvals
