Job summary

National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to bolster governance, risk and compliance within the employment and employabilityfunctions. The role supports grant compliance, investigations, and risk management while coordinating with senior management and Board committees.

You will assist post‑audit follow‑ups, draft advisories, and help maintain records to ensure transparency and accountability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; public-sector governance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information.
• Clear written and verbal communication for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• High integrity, discretion, and professional approach to sensitive matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Support grant compliance and post-audit actions, with accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in drafting advisories, warnings, or clawback letters and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to whistleblowing and compliance reviews with guidance from seniors.
• Prepare materials for ARC and MRC meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support governance, risk monitoring and process improvements across teams.
