Job summary

NTUC’s e2i (Employment & Employability Institute) seeks a subject matter expert to lead complex GRC initiatives, develop advanced GRC solutions, and advise across the organisation. The role requires strong analytical skills to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance for government funds.

You will design robust controls, monitor KRIs/CSAs, and support audits of grant funding, delivering data-driven insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or Law.
• Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CCEP, CAMS, PMP) desirable.
• 6+ years in a GRC-related role with leading projects or SME experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one GRC domain (audit, risk, regulatory).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex GRC initiatives and develop advanced GRC solutions.
• Provide expert advisory to management and staff on GRC matters.
• Develop, implement and enhance GRC policies, procedures, and controls.
• Design and implement GRC solutions for government funds reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor KRIs/CSAs.
• Support investigations and remediation plans with timely follow-up.
• Prepare data-driven GRC reports for senior management and Board.
