Job summary

Marsh is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join its Global Sourcing and Procurement team in Singapore. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly, and focuses on strategic sourcing, contract management and vendor risk oversight across indirect categories.

You will lead RFx processes, negotiate favorable terms, and engage stakeholders to unlock value while driving cost optimization and compliance across technology and operating spend.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing or supplier management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple indirect categories, esp. technology procurement.
• Strong spend analysis, RFx and contract interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing across multiple indirect categories and drive cost optimization.
• Manage end-to-end RFx processes and supplier evaluation.
• Lead negotiations for favorable terms and risk allocations.
• Oversee contract reviews with Legal, Compliance and Vendor Risk teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and maintain procurement pipelines.
• Provide procurement advisory and develop executive-ready reports.
• Coordinate vendor risk assessments and track action items.
