HYAN CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our commercial team in Singapore. You will advise on corporate and commercial arrangements, support international deals globally, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.

You will work with external counsels on deal pipelines, requiring a law degree and Singapore bar admission, plus 4–8 PQE. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.
