Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in supply chain or fulfilment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as main contact for customers, manage accounts and forecasts.
• Plan and oversee demand and supply commitments to optimize stock.
• Develop delivery plan schedules aligned with production capacity.
• Maintain fulfilment database, BOMs, and generate reports for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams.
