Job summary

THALES DIS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Order Fulfilment Planner to oversee end-to-end order execution in a manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate order processing, production planning, material availability and shipment activities to meet customer commitments. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, IPE, Material Planning and Logistics to optimise production schedules and drive on-time delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, production planning, master scheduling or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in supply chain management, production planning or manufacturing order execution.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and Customer Service teams to manage order commitments and resolve issues.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or equivalent.
• Understanding of order fulfilment, master scheduling, production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of orders from Sales Order release to factory.
• Assess readiness, verify material availability and production capacity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, IPE, Material Planning and Logistics.
• Review backlogs against plant forecasts to achieve OTD/OTR targets.
• Coordinate order transfers between intercompany sites to final delivery.
• Serve as liaison between Customer Service, Sales and factory operations.
• Participate in regular calls with worldwide Customer Service teams to review priorities.
• Work with Logistics to coordinate shipment and activation.
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfilment processes and performance.
