Job summary

St Lukes ElderCare is seeking an FP&A Manager for Corporate Services to partner with HR, IT, Facilities and Transformation teams. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

The role involves preparing management reports and dashboards, performing financial modelling, and driving finance transformation initiatives including ERP/EPM implementations and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Strong FP&A, reporting and business partnering experience.
• Experience participating in ERP, EPM or finance transformation projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: Partner corporate function leaders on budgeting and financial performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises for corporate functions.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Strategic Analysis: Support evaluation of corporate projects and transformation initiatives.
• Finance Transformation: Support implementation of EPM and reporting solutions.
