is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Director to lead strategic account development and new-business acquisition across e-commerce and digital payment verticals in Singapore and the region. The role focuses on regional growth, senior-level relationship management, go-to-market execution and overall commercial leadership, with strong expertise in fintech, acquiring and digital payments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance or related discipline.
8–12 years experience in fintech, acquiring, e-commerce or related with digital payments exposure.
Proven experience in commercial or operational leadership and cross-functional project execution.

Responsibilities

Own P&L and targets for strategic domestic and regional accounts while building trusted client relationships.
Lead new-account acquisition across e-commerce and digital payments, from prospect to close.
Develop senior-level relationships across prospects and accounts with business leaders and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
Identify and develop new opportunities across strategic enterprise and multinational accounts.
Support merchant onboarding, enablement and implementation of online payment solutions.
Deliver business presentations and proposals to senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders in airline, travel and retail sectors.
Advise clients on payment solutions to deliver measurable commercial value.
Manage sales pipelines, qualify opportunities and forecast performance.
Monitor account performance and identify revenue growth opportunities.
