The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Financial Analytics team within Group Finance. The role supports senior management decision-making by providing actionable insights and a forward-looking view of performance across the group.

You will work closely with business finance, actuarial, distribution and senior management, bringing together financial analysis, business insight and effective communication to influence decisions

Qualifikationen

• Hold a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics or another relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business finance, management reporting or related finance functions in insurance/financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial results into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with planning and analytical tools is advantageous.

• Analyse the financial performance and profitability of Great Eastern Group and its subsidiaries, identifying key drivers and opportunities.
• Support financial planning, forecasting and performance management with forward-looking analysis.
• Consolidate and interpret financial, operational and market information across units and jurisdictions.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and management briefings with clear narratives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess performance, challenge assumptions and drive improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform management discussions and strategy.
