Job summary

Keppel Data Centres is seeking a Business Operations Manager to run the day-to-day financial operations of the Networks business. You will own budgets, cash flow management, payments, POs, billing and management reporting across active operating systems, coordinating with technical, commercial, procurement and corporate finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, financial operations, FP&A or project accounting.
• Strong budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and month-end reporting experience.
• Experience implementing and governing SOPs across P2P and billing processes.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple entities, currencies and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets and rolling forecasts across Networks; consolidate inputs from technical, project, commercial and operations teams.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury activities across entities; coordinate funding requests and intercompany transfers.
• Govern end-to-end PO process, payments, and supplier engagements; ensure invoicing aligns with contracts and POs.
• Develop and govern SOPs for P2P and Order-to-Cash cycles; ensure alignment with policies and audit requirements.
• Produce monthly management reports (P&L, cash flow, budget vs actuals, AR/AP aging) and support audits.
