Job summary

Keppel Ltd. is seeking a candidate to support Customer Service and Data Center Operations at our Singapore facilities.

The role focuses on maintaining professional client relationships and promptly handling service requests, including emergency calls during shifts. In addition, you will assist in daily DC operations, strive for 100% uptime of critical M&E systems, perform walkthroughs, monitor alarms, induct subcontractors, log readings, and maintain safety and incident records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external clients.
• Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergency calls during shift work.
• Assist the Operation Lead in daily management of DC Operations and Periodic Preventive Maintenance to ensure 100% uptime of DC critical M&E systems.
• Conduct daily walkthrough of DC to record faults and report on M&E equipment status.
• Ensure FOC is monitored and manned; respond to EPMS, BMS and Fire System alarms; contain/isolate faults and provide escalations as needed.
• Conduct daily routine checklists to ensure no environmental abnormalities and all M&E systems are in good condition.
• Induct subcontractors and ensure compliance with site health & safety and operating procedures.
• Maintain logs of instrument readings, equipment and consumable stock level.
• Report all unlocked doors and racks to security control.
• Brief and handover to Shift Duty Technician on outstanding issues and standing instructions.
• Incident and field service reporting and filing.
• Adhere to quality, health & safety, and environmental policies within the CE domain.
• Travel overseas for work / assignment as required by supervisor / head of department.
