Keppel Data Centres seeks a Manager, Technical Solutions to lead the team in designing, implementing, and supporting innovative technical solutions for data centre developments. The role combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client engagement to deliver high-impact infrastructure projects.

The role involves managing cross-functional teams, translating client needs into technical designs, and delivering thorough documentation and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical solutions, systems architecture, or similar role within data centre or mission critical industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to review design drawings and documentation at a high level.
• Familiar with design and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of external technical partners and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for data centre infrastructure.
• Translate client requirements into feasible technical designs.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution architectures and design specs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and Keppel Data Centres' guidelines.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data centre infrastructure.
• Participate in technical scoping and proposal development.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for technical solution implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.
