The Future of Finance Institute (FFI) is establishing its Finance and Operations function in Singapore. This Senior Business Management & Operations Specialist will help set up governance, budgeting, reporting, procurement and data governance frameworks as the organization grows.

You will liaise with diverse stakeholders, implement risk and incident management, and drive process improvement across finance and operations in a greenfield environment at the intersection of technology and industry

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Public Administration or related discipline.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in business management, finance, governance, operations, risk management or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze financial and operational information and present clear insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support budgeting, forecasting and organizational planning exercises.
• Coordinate expenditure monitoring against budgets and funding allocations.
• Work with outsourced accounting providers for financial operations, reporting, audits and statutory reporting.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior management and the Board.
