Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Hands-on Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for manufacturing entities and service centres.

You will supervise a small finance team, ensure accurate reporting, sub-group consolidation, inventory accounting, compliance, internal controls, and statutory audits while partnering with business leaders and supporting the Financial Controller.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/ Business Management / Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, management reporting, consolidation and balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
