Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role with leadership experience.
• Ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts, including China office.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts: AP, AR, and GL.
• Oversee product costing, including standard cost setting and cost roll-ups.
• Develop financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors for audits and tax filings.
