Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting: AP, AR, GL, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Lead product costing: standard cost setting, cost roll-ups, cost analysis for inventory valuation and profitability.
• Analyze cost drivers: material costs, labor, depreciation, yield, overhead absorption; recommend improvements.
• Identify cost-reduction initiatives; partner with operations for process improvements and make-or-buy decisions.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic planning and growth.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations with insights on performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting: annual plans, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regs, GST, and internal policies; coordinate audits.
• Manage treasury: cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, banking relationships, liquidity management.
• Establish internal controls and monitor KPIs; support continuous improvement.
