JTE Recruit Pte Ltd presents Our Client in Singapore seeking a senior finance leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.

The role manages daily accounting operations, cash flow, and reporting, partnering with senior management. Located in Woodlands, 5 days, office hours in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 7+ years experience with at least 3 in leadership, and strong FP&A, GAAP reporting skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis.
• Lead daily accounting operations: AP, GL, payroll entries.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and provide insights.
• Partner with senior management on financial strategy and risk.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
• Identify process improvements and cost controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
