Job summary

Meraki Talent in Singapore seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to advise leading organisations on complex transactions and strategic opportunities. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative deal solutions from origination and analysis through to execution and completion.

Your responsibilities include providing Corporate Finance and M&A advisory services, supporting business development through pitches and client presentations, and working with Partners and Directors to execute transactions

Corporate Finance Manager | M&A (Singapore)

Are you an experienced Corporate Finance / M&A professional looking for your next opportunity?

We're currently seeking a manager-level professional to join a high-performing Corporate Finance team in Singapore, advising leading organisations on complex transactions and strategic opportunities.

You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative deal solutions to clients, supporting them throughout the transaction lifecycle from origination and analysis through to execution and completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Corporate Finance and M&A advisory services
• Supporting business development through pitches and client presentations
• Working alongside experienced Partners and Directors to execute transactions
• Leading key aspects of deal execution and financial modelling
• Applying strong analytical and valuation skills to develop data-driven insights
• Helping clients maximise value and achieve their strategic objectives

Requirements:

• Relevant transaction experience, ideally gained within an investment bank, Corporate Finance house or similar environment
• Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling
• Strong analytical, valuation and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
