OCBC Bank in Singapore invites a strategic professional to join our Business Division Management Support team. You will provide strategic support to senior leaders, conduct data analysis and offer insights to drive growth.

You will help develop plans, review controls, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to identify needs, develop solutions, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business support or strategy role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic support to senior leaders, including data analysis and insights
