You will oversee end-to-end search processes, governance, and vendor relations, shaping talent strategy for C-suite roles across the globe while maintaining strict confidentiality and high discretion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive search, in-house or top firms.
• Proven track record managing Senior Director/VP/C-suite searches.
• Experience building and leading recruiting teams.
• Expertise in executive hiring processes, assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior executives.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• High discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee search strategies, sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design and offers for C-suite roles.
• Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs and TA leadership on executive hiring needs.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience reflecting leadership values and brand.
• Design and improve governance frameworks, scorecards and tools for searches.
• Maintain compliance with global recruiting standards and best practices.
• Own relationships with external executive search firms and manage vendor performance.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and succession insights.
