Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Manager to lead recruitment strategy and execution across Japan. You will partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and external partners to drive hiring for semiconductor and technology talent, across automotive, infrastructure, consumer, industrial, and emerging tech domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years (Manager) or 10+ years (Senior Manager) in Talent Acquisition or related fields.
• Proven success hiring semiconductor, engineering or technology talent.
• Strong understanding of Japan's talent market and recruitment landscape.
• Experience managing RPO vendors, agencies, and executive search firms.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery across Japan.
• Partner with senior leaders on hiring plans and market insights.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Drive hiring quality, candidate experience, and process excellence.
• Collaborate with regional and global TA teams on best practices.
