Prosegur Singapore is seeking an experienced Event & Executive Protection Manager to lead security for high-profile events and provide robust executive protection services. You will plan, implement, and oversee comprehensive security strategies to safeguard clients, executives, and events.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership of security teams, and strong liaison with clients and authorities. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in event security management or executive protection.
• Experience planning and executing security for large-scale events and protecting high-profile individuals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of threat assessment and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Develop and implement security plans for corporate events, conferences, VIP gatherings.
• Executive protection: Design and execute protection programs for high-risk individuals.
• Team leadership: Lead and mentor security personnel, ensure briefing and supervision.
• Operational oversight: Manage resources, scheduling, equipment, and response protocols.
• Liaison: Build relationships with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Budget management: Develop and manage security budgets for events.
• Risk assessment & mitigation: Conduct risk reviews and implement controls.
• Incident response: Develop plans and coordinate rapid resolutions to incidents.
• Reporting: Prepare post-event security reports and compliance documentation.
• Technology integration: Stay updated on security tech to enhance operations.
• Client relationship management: Act as primary security liaison with clients.
• Compliance: Adhere to policies, regulations, and standards.
