Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Enterprise Services Seller in Singapore to lead large Professional Services engagements with strategic enterprise clients. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, develop tailored proposals, forecast bookings, and collaborate with Account Executives to win and grow engagements.

You will work with Mandarin Chinese and English-speaking clients, guiding discussions on digital transformation and services across Stripe’s platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional services sales experience, preferably in tech or consulting.
• Proven experience in pre-sales and sales of sizeable service engagements, including contract/SOW development.
• Ability to lead large transformational engagements using disruptive technologies.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required for work with Greater China clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire Professional Services sales cycle for enterprise companies.
• Partner with Account Executives on named accounts to build win-ready plans.
• Forecast bookings and drive the success of Professional Services engagements.
• Craft bespoke proposals aligned to clients' business outcomes across services and partner offerings.
• Advise senior leadership on business cases for digital transformation.
• Lead pre-sales workshops focused on strategy, discovery, and assessment.
• Shape deals, negotiate contracts/SOWs, and coordinate with Product and GTM teams to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on growth targets.
