Job summary

Google LLC’s gTech Ads team is seeking an Engagement Manager (English, Urdu) to lead end-to-end service delivery for Google's top Ads clients. You will act as a trusted technical and product advisor, aligning growth plans with cross-functional teams and client executives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder networks, navigating a large organization, and translating complex technical and business needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to interact with and serve Urdu speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical and product advisor to Google’s top Ads clients leadership by understanding how technology and media solutions can address their business issues, by acting as a collaborative and thought partner, architecting account and services plans to accomplish their goals, and effectively delivering effective ROI.
• Understand client’s businesses through technical consultation and media discovery by understanding clients’ annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with sales, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and secure executive client buy-in.
• Develop client growth plans, anchored on product, which represents the full multi-functional teams, discovery design, delivery services and solutions and debrief.
• Orchestrate delivery of the services plan working closely with gTech Ads execution teams in region, Customer Experience and Media Solutions, of gTech Ads in market.
