Job summary

Google is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager in gTech Ads Agency and Partners in Singapore. You will lead senior relationships with partner portfolios, align agency sales, regional gTech teams, and product leadership, and translate partner feedback into internal priorities.

You will assess partner technical maturity, bridge sales with engineering, and drive end-to-end delivery quality through scaled tools and enablement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate C-suite relationships across your assigned partner portfolio, acting as the primary senior contact for operational strategy, commercial incentives, governance, and business reviews.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between external partners & internal Google leadership across agency sales, regional gTech teams, and product, translating partner feedback into internal priorities.
• Assess partner technical maturity, identify skill gaps, and define clear requirements for engineering & enablement teams to design the scaled tools & training programs needed for partner readiness.
• Serve as a senior technical & functional consultant during live activations, mobilizing specialized internal teams to unblock complex projects & ensure end-to-end delivery quality.
• Drive the governance strategy for the activation pipeline while implementing QA frameworks to validate that partner deliverables consistently meet Google's technical standards.
