The Energy Market Authority (EMA) is seeking a capable planner to shape Singapore's future energy landscape. You will lead or support strategic land use planning for electricity, gas and emerging energy infrastructure, coordinating across agencies and industry stakeholders to safeguard critical assets.

Ideal candidates bring strong systems thinking, analytical skills and experience in infrastructure planning, with the ability to translate long‑term needs into practical land and corridor

Formación

• Education in Engineering, Urban Planning, Infrastructure Planning, Environmental Engineering, Geography, Real Estate, Public Policy or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in energy infrastructure planning, electricity/gas systems, land use planning or feasibility studies is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic energy land use planning and safeguarding of land, sea space and corridors.
• Lead or support master planning for energy infrastructure including generation, import and transmission.
• Coordinate with agencies, developers and licensees to secure land and subsea cable corridors.
• Develop policies, frameworks and guidelines on energy land needs and corridor safeguarding.
• Represent EMA in inter‑agency forums and drive timely infrastructure delivery.
