Job summary

CEI Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Engineer to lead the customer-focused delivery of EMS/PCBA projects. You will manage accounts, schedule activities, handle quotations, and drive revenue through proactive planning and cost reduction initiatives.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful order fulfilment, monitor contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships through regular reviews and feedback processes.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant EMS/Contract Manufacturing experience for PCBA/Boxbuilds.
• Strong communication and program management skills.
• Willing to consider candidates with project management skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform Marketing Engineer duties for the assigned CFT including account management, scheduling, ECN, project management, new potentials development, quotations, material positioning, E&O, obsolescence claims, revenue execution and cost reduction program.
• Coordinate activities among CFT members, various departments and customers for project plans and order fulfilment.
• Identify critical items impacting deliverables and take action to resolve them.
• Review and manage business contractual agreements and settlements.
• Drive to meet on-time delivery (OTD), quality and cost targets.
• Be the voice of the customer, build rapport with customers, and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews of feedback and audits.
• Service new and existing customers and acquire new accounts.
• Manage RFQ, FA and product transfers.
• Conduct proactive or collaborative planning to avoid problems.
