Job summary

Young Education in Singapore seeks an experienced University Admissions & Education Planning Lead to shape a new, scalable education-planning service. The role blends direct student planning with building the systems, processes and service standards behind the product.

You will deliver long-term education planning for students from early secondary levels, craft university-admissions strategies across destinations (UK, HK, SG, US where relevant) and design templates, databases and onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience in education planning, university counselling or admissions consulting.
• Experience building planning products, systems or templates.
• Strong project-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to turn strategy into scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Long-term education planning for students from early secondary levels.
• Develop and implement university admissions strategies across destinations.
• Build systems, processes, resources and service standards for the planning product.
• Develop onboarding workflows, databases and planning templates.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents and students to monitor progress.
