• Diploma in Marketing, Media Management, HRM, Business Management or related disciplines.
• Proactive, creative and detail-oriented with good written communication.
• Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and coordination of employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines with vendors and partners (production houses, designers, events).
• Source and coordinate employee stories, photos and videos for branding.
• Assist with content development including presentations and procurement papers.
• Maintain branding resources and marketing collateral.
• Support career fairs, campus engagement and recruitment drives.
• Assist with inventory management and procurement of outreach materials.
• Maintain databases of talent and ambassadors with data accuracy.
• Support digital and social media content development and scheduling.
• Track campaign performance and assist with reports.
• Conduct research on industry trends and candidate experience.
• Prepare insights and presentations for talent attraction initiatives.
