Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a Contract Senior Executive Assistant, HR – Employer Branding & Talent Attraction to be outsourced to a healthcare client. The role focuses on employer branding initiatives, content creation, and campus engagement, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors from One-North Singapore.

You will coordinate timelines for campaigns, source employee stories, and support reports and presentation preparation while maintaining data accuracy for talent

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Media Management, HRM, Business Management or related disciplines.
• Proactive, creative and detail-oriented with good written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and workstreams.
• Interest in employer branding, content creation and talent attraction.
• Prior experience in content creation, event coordination or HR-related projects advantageous but not required.
• Able to commit for 6 months.
• Able to work Monday–Friday at One-North.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and coordination of employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos, corporate brochures and talent attraction campaigns.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors such as production houses, designers and event partners to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
• Source and coordinate employee stories, photos and videos for employer branding initiatives.
• Support content development including presentations, meeting notes, procurement papers and project documentation.
• Maintain and update employer branding resources, databases and marketing collateral.
• Support career fairs, campus engagement sessions, recruitment drives and other talent outreach events.
• Assist with inventory management and procurement of outreach and event materials.
• Maintain talent and ambassador databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Support digital and social media content development, including copywriting, visual briefs and content scheduling.
• Track campaign performance and assist with preparation of reports.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on industry trends, employer branding practices and candidate experience.
• Assist with preparation of insights and presentations for talent attraction initiatives.
