• Support end-to-end planning and coordination of employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos, brochures, and talent attraction campaigns.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating employee stories, photos, and videos representing the employee experience.
• Contribute to content development and project administration, including drafting procurement papers, meeting notes, presentations, and documentation.
• Maintain employer branding resources, databases, and marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and on-brand materials.
• Play an active role in outreach events by supporting on-the-ground coordination at career fairs and campus sessions.
• Assist with inventory management for outreach materials and procurement of event items.
• Maintain nursing ambassador database records and data accuracy.
• Support development of digital and social media content to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Track campaign performance metrics and compile reports on talent attraction efforts.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns targeting early-career audiences on social platforms.
• Gain exposure to talent pipeline strategies and workforce planning objectives.
• Assist in research and benchmarking on industry trends and candidate experience best practices.
• Prepare insights and presentations for internal stakeholders on outreach outcomes.
