Job summary

World Vision International (New) seeks a DMEAL Advisor to provide strategic and technical MEAL support to Pacific Field Offices and SAPO region. You will guide data use, learning, and evidence generation, while strengthening cross-country collaboration and grant MEAL quality.

The role emphasizes capacity building, workshop facilitation, and leadership in MEAL capacity growth across field offices and major donors. Strong English communication and donor reporting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation at national or large program level.
• Proven ability to facilitate working groups, communities of practice or other learning mechanisms.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and to motivate and mobilise individuals to achieve strategic plans.
• Experience with donor requirements (USAID, DFAT, DevCo) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for DMEAL across SAPO region and grants Community of Practice.
• Offer capacity-building to Pacific National Offices and Field Offices in MEAL systems and data use.
• Support development of country strategies and monitor implementation of MEAL initiatives.
• Lead and participate in learning activities, workshops, and knowledge sharing across regions.
