Job summary

Stamford American International School in Singapore seeks a Director of Teaching and Learning to provide strategic, systems-level leadership for curriculum, instruction and assessment across campuses. Reporting to the Deputy Head of School, the role ensures alignment with the school’s mission and IB framework, while prioritising student well-being and high-quality teaching.

The successful candidate holds an advanced degree, IB training, and at least three years of admin experience leading

Responsibilities

Lead curriculum and assessment alignment across Stamford American campuses.
Translate academic priorities into coherent school-wide practice and professional learning.
Support faculty through evidence-informed feedback and coaching.
Drive system-wide initiatives to completion across organizational boundaries.
