Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, or finance; forecasting/planning experience is a plus.
• Strong executive presence and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage at all management levels.
• Self-motivated and capable of operating independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop Demand Forecasts: Utilize IBP data scientist modeling, market intelligence, and field input to create accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate Demand Reviews: Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to conduct thorough demand reviews.
• Execute Demand Planning: Provide reliable forecasts to ensure effective demand planning.
• Analyze Historical Sales Trends: Review past sales trends and demand drivers to inform future planning.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis: Investigate forecast accuracy, bias, and value add to identify issues.
• Derive Consolidated Forecasts: Generate a consolidated forecast of unconstrained demand.
• Evaluate IBP Deviations: Discuss last month's IBP deviations and the current month's plan.
• Facilitate Best Practices: Promote and re-engineer best practices across teams.
• Drive Improvement Actions: Implement actions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor Forecast Consumption: Track forecast usage and plan attainment.
