Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) seeks a Data Center Strategic Negotiator for AWS Infrastructure – Data Center Supply Solutions (APAC). The role leads data center contract negotiations, especially for colocation, and focuses on expanding our footprint while optimizing costs across markets.

You will analyze market conditions, structure deals, and present compelling business cases to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Drive data center deals and infrastructure strategy for target regions (ASEAN primary).
Understand supplier base and market dynamics; build strategic partnerships.
Negotiate and close multi-million dollar contracts for capacity expansion/renewal.
Negotiate solutions meeting technical requirements and business objectives.
Create and present business cases to leadership (commercial, technical, risk).
Provide project reviews to senior management on progress and blockers.
Manage high-pressure environment and shifting priorities.
Develop mechanisms to improve customer experience.
Business travel: 10-15%.
